HOW CAN I FIND A SPECIFIC ARTICLE? 

The products are classified in different categories and subcategories if applicable (for our professional platform). 

There are groups of items in which you can choose the sizes and colors before purchasing. You may also use the search bar located at the top of the web-page to locate items via their code or name. 

HOW DO I ADD AN ITEM TO MY BASKET? 

Once you have chosen an item, its color (if applicable), size and quantity, you must click the button “Add to cart” to include the item in your order. 

WHAT STEPS DO I TAKE TO PLACE AN ORDER? 

1. Choose the category you are interested in. 
2. Click on the item you wish to buy and you will see various photos of this item, along with its name, reference number, description, price, color, available sizes, composition and care. 
3. Select a size and add the item to your basket. Then you can either choose ‘Continue shopping’ or ‘Checkout´. 
4. You will need to enter your personal information, billing address and shipping address, and choose an account username and create a password. 
5. Choose if you would prefer to collect your order from our warehouse through ´Pickup Now´ or have it delivered to your home address. 
6. Select a payment method. Enter your details and click ‘Place Order’. 
7. You will then receive an email confirming your order. 

CAN I ACCESS MY INVOICE? 

Yes. You can access to it in the section “Orders Placed” from your account as soon as your order is processed by the shipping company.
