WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship worldwide to an address selected by you (e.g. your home or workplace) but do not ship to PO Boxes.
WHAT IS THE PICKUP NOW DELIVERY PROCESS?
Pickup now is our delivery process where you pick up your order directly from our warehouse. If you have chosen pickup now, we will send you an email or text message when your order has been packed at our warehouse. Your order is available for collection during a period of 15 days following such notice. Upon collection, the order number and identification of the person collecting the parcel must be presented.
WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
Home delivery entails shipping to your doorstep by one of our shipping partners. If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse) and another one with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page).
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY IN DELIVERY CHARGES?
It depends on the purchase amount and the shipping location. Delivery charges are calculated automatically during check-out.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
SHOP PICK-UP NOW: At the SEMPRE.LIFE Warehouse in 7-10 working days.
STANDARD: You will receive it within an estimated period of 10-12 working days.
DELIVERY POINT: You will receive it within an estimated period of 12-14 working days.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes, in the section ´Orders Placed´ of your account you will see the status of your orders and have a link to track their exact location once they are being processed by the transport company. You will also receive an email with a tracking link for your order as soon as it is ready for dispatch.
